Steps to Delete an Account

1. Open the Jacks Fit app.
2. Log into the client account.
3. Navigate to the Profile screen from the bottom navigation bar.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
5. Tap the Delete Account button.
6. A confirmation dialog will appear explaining that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
7. Press Confirm Delete to continue.

What Happens After Deletion

Once deletion is confirmed:

• The user account is permanently deleted.
• Personal profile information is removed.
• Associated client data is deleted from the system.
• The user immediately loses access to the application.

This process is automatic and does not require manual approval.
