Delete Your Account – Jacks Fit

Users can delete their account directly within the Jacks Fit app.

Steps to delete your account:

  1. Log in to your Jacks Fit account

  2. Navigate to your Profile section

  3. Tap Delete Account (found directly within the Profile page)

  4. A confirmation popup will appear titled “DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT”

Confirmation process:

  • The popup explains that this action is permanent and cannot be undone

  • It states that all workout history, progress data, and profile information will be permanently removed from our servers

  • The user must type “DELETE” to confirm

  • After typing DELETE, the user must tap “PERMANENT DELETE”

  • The account is then permanently deleted

If the user selects Cancel, the process is aborted and no data is removed.
